The reason they have similar reviews is because they have similar perspectives. Using similar terms comes from being engaged in the conversation on a near-daily basis. For example, "Member Berries" is a term that is commonly understood and agreed upon. Utilizing common terms isn't unusual. I highly doubt they're waiting for an agreed upon take before releasing reviews. Saying "no one asked for this" is obviously hyperbole, but it's pretty much agreed upon that Alien and Aliens were great movies.
